Capofaro Locanda & Malvasia lies on the greenest of the Aeolian islands, Salina, natural reserve since 1981 and today protected under Unesco patrimony. From 2017, members of Relais & Châteaux, the estate - in Aeolian style - combines relax, wellness, and immersion in the wine world. The restaurant at Capofaro helmed by Chef Ludovico De Vivo interprets Tasca's passion for the kitchen, from a rich and profoundly deep gastronomic history both.
The Capofaro Estate was acquired in 2001 from the Tasca Family with a 6 hectare vineyard near Malfa, planted entirely to Malvasia. Capofaro's wines are expressions of nature, volcano, land and earth.
