Nordelaia

Nordelaia is a 12-suite relais nestled in the heart of Monferrato, opened in 2022, which has all the potential to become an interesting gastronomic destination.

Built on three floors, each of which offers a different culinary experience, the LORTO restaurant is led by the young English chef Charles Pearce. The project originated from the starred chef Andrea Ribaldone who entrusted the management of the three different gastronomic areas to the promising  resident chef Pearce.

In addition to LORTO, there is also the BISTRO for those who want cuisine closer to the Piedmontese tradition and the Lounge Bar, perfect for an aperitif with a view or an after-dinner cocktail.
