Brenners Park-Restaurant is the gourmet restaurant of the Brenners Park- Hotel & Spa. The Chef is Paul Stradner, holder of two Michelin stars

The menu is a modern interpretation of gourmet classics, with memories of the Austrian dishes Stradner discovered in his mother’s kitchen. The young chef explores concepts from all around the world and brilliantly executes many innovative culinary techniques. Stradner is also at the vanguard of vegetarian cuisine presenting a five course menu for gourmands.
