Céleste is the restaurant of The Lanesborough: it welcomes the guests in a richly decorated space naturally illuminated during daylight hours by a domed glass roof and in the evening by spectacular hanging chandeliers. 

Chef Patron at The Lanesborough,is Eric Frechon – Paris’ most esteemed three Michelin-starred chef – who has brought his protégé, Florian Favario to London as executive chef.
