Expo 2015, Florence

In some of the most beautiful and undiscovered cloisters of the city, GRASSI + PARTNERS organized the selection of six of the most talented chefs of Tuscany to interpret monastic-inspired recipes, using produce and vegetables grown by the Technical Institute of Agriculture of the Cascine farms in Florence. 
The dinners, open to the public but limited in number, involved a local and international audience in a unique experience bearing forth a spectacular and coherent synthesis of Art, Culture, Cooking and Sustainability, to "Nurture the Planet" both literally and figuratively.
